Once a week organize "evening of silence" when in the house there is as little as possible noise for family. Involve in it and other family members. Instead of watching TV or to listen to noisy music, find quiet occupations which all can enjoy: reading, card play or admiring by the nature and pleasure wind sounds on a house porch.
Instead of noisy stadium choose walk in the woods, to the seashore or the nature reserve.
